With 74 years of glorious history, Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital (Guangdong Emergency Hospital) is located on the south bank of the Pearl River, adjacent to Guangzhou's new central axis, close to Pazhou - the hub of artificial intelligence and new-generation information technology giants in Guangzhou. It is a national drug clinical trial institution, Guangdong Provincial cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring sentinel hospital, one of the first batch of internet hospitals in Guangdong Province, Guangdong Provincial remote dermatology and STD diagnosis and treatment center, Guangdong Provincial STD diagnosis and treatment quality control center, and the host unit of Guangdong Provincial STD laboratory quality control center.

Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was established in 1993. It is a comprehensive hospital with TCM characteristics that integrates clinical practice, teaching, research, health care, and rehabilitation science. It is an affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and a teaching hospital of Jinan University. On March 28, 2007, it was established as Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine based on Nanhai District TCM Hospital in Foshan. On December 15, 2007, it was officially named as the Affiliated Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. In March 2009, it was awarded the honorary title of 'Guangdong Provincial Famous TCM Hospital' by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government; in December, it became a 'Grade-A Tertiary' hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine through expert evaluation.

Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 1956. It is a Grade-A Tertiary modernized large-scale TCM hospital integrating medical care, teaching, research, and rehabilitation. It is an International Emergency Rescue Center network hospital and a member unit of China Trauma Treatment Alliance. It is a national TCM physician qualification examination base and a national standardized residency training base. It is a construction unit of the national TCM administration's South China regional TCM diagnosis and treatment center (orthopedics and traumatology), a non-directly affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and the Eighth Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.

Dongguan Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine was founded in 1965. It is the only Grade-A Tertiary modernized TCM hospital in Dongguan that integrates medical care, teaching, research, rehabilitation, and health preservation. The hospital was designated as a Grade-A Tertiary TCM hospital and Guangdong Provincial Model TCM Hospital in 1995. It became a non-directly affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and a teaching hospital of the university in 2007. It passed the evaluation of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Grade-A Tertiary TCM hospitals with excellent results in 2012 and 2019. It is a national standardized TCM residency training base.

Dongguan Chang'an Hospital is a modern large-scale comprehensive private hospital set up according to Grade-A Tertiary hospital standards. In 2018, it became a AAA-level private hospital in the national credit evaluation and a four-star private hospital in the national medical service capacity evaluation. It passed the Grade-B Secondary comprehensive hospital evaluation in 2020. The hospital is located at the intersection of Huanchang West Road and Chang'an Road in Changping Town, only 2 kilometers from the center of Dalang Town. Through the east, south, west, and north sections of Huanchang Road, it is directly connected to towns such as Dongkeng, Hengli, Qishi, Qiaotou, Xiegang, Zhangmutou, and Huangjiang, covering a population of more than 2 million. This southern garden-style hospital covers an area of 100,000 square meters, with a completed area of 100,000 square meters and 900 beds available.
