We specialize in providing comprehensive cleanroom environment technical solutions and construction services for the medical field, high-tech industries, and scientific research sectors. Our company holds complete professional qualification certificates and medical licenses, has obtained utility model patents and invention patents, and has been awarded the "Contract-Honoring and Trustworthy Enterprise" title in Guangdong Province. We are a director unit of the Guangdong Cleanroom Industry Association.

Industrial Cleanrooms

Biopharmaceutical, health products, electronics, optics, medical devices, food and cosmetics production facilities

Laboratory Cleanrooms

Microbiology laboratories, PCR laboratories, animal facilities, physical and chemical laboratories, constant temperature and humidity laboratories, various research laboratories and testing laboratories

You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations.

Service Contracts and Project Execution

1. Project Contracts: Before commencing any cleanroom engineering project, both parties must sign a formal service contract that clearly defines the project scope, technical requirements, timeline, and costs.

2. Qualification Requirements: We guarantee that all qualification certificates and professional licenses used during construction are legal and valid.

3. Project Responsibilities: Clients must cooperate in providing necessary basic information and site conditions to ensure smooth project execution.

Intellectual Property and Technical Patents

Guangdong Foryou Purification M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. owns multiple utility model patents and invention patents, which are protected under Chinese intellectual property law.

• Design solutions, technical documentation, patented technologies, and other intellectual property belong to Guangdong Foryou Purification M&E Engineering Co., Ltd.
• Without written permission, clients may not copy, disseminate, or use these materials for other commercial purposes
• We respect and protect our clients' trade secrets and project information

Service Standards and Quality Assurance

When accepting our cleanroom engineering services, both parties must comply with the following standards:

• Strictly adhere to national and industry-related cleanroom engineering construction standards and specifications
• Comply with professional technical requirements and safety regulations for medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, and other industries
• Ensure that the construction process complies with environmental protection, fire safety, and work safety laws and regulations
• Guarantee that project quality meets the technical standards agreed upon in the contract
• Services must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Information Protection and Privacy

Guangdong Foryou Purification M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. values the protection of client information and project data:

• Project Information: Client project information collected during project consultation and execution
• Business Information: Corporate data and contact information related to business cooperation
• Technical Documentation: Technical documents such as project designs and construction plans
• Confidentiality Commitment: We commit to strictly protecting the confidentiality of clients' trade secrets and project information

Project Quotation and Payment

• Project quotations are determined comprehensively based on specific technical requirements, project scale, materials and equipment, and other factors
• Quotations are typically valid for 30 days; re-evaluation may be required if this period is exceeded
• Payment methods and schedules are executed according to the contract signed by both parties
• Installment payment method is typically used: down payment upon contract signing, project progress payments, completion acceptance payment, and quality retention
• In cases of force majeure or policy adjustments leading to significant material price fluctuations, both parties may negotiate adjustments

Contract Termination and Modification

• If one party seriously violates the contract terms, the other party has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the law
• Contract modifications require mutual consultation and the signing of a written supplementary agreement
• In cases of force majeure preventing contract performance, both parties may negotiate contract termination or modification
• Upon contract termination, both parties shall complete settlement and handover work as agreed

Quality Warranty and After-Sales Service

• We provide a quality warranty for the project within the period agreed upon in the contract
• During the warranty period, we are responsible for free repairs of damages caused by construction quality issues
• We provide rapid-response after-sales service to ensure normal operation of clients' cleanroom environments
• Regular follow-up visits are conducted for completed projects, providing technical consultation and maintenance recommendations
• Issues caused by improper client use or third-party reasons are not covered under the free warranty

Limitation of Liability

• Guangdong Foryou Purification M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. assumes corresponding engineering quality responsibilities within the scope agreed upon in the contract
• Neither party is responsible for losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, etc.)
• We are not responsible for design or construction deviations caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients
• Liability compensation limits are as agreed in the contract and shall not exceed the total contract amount
• Unless otherwise specified in the contract, we are not liable for indirect losses, profit losses, etc.

Breach of Contract Liability

• Either party that violates the contract terms shall assume corresponding liability for breach of contract
• If a party's breach prevents contract performance, the breaching party shall compensate the other party for resulting losses
• For delayed delivery, penalty fees shall be paid as agreed in the contract
• If project quality does not meet agreed standards, we are responsible for rework or compensation
• If clients delay payment, overdue interest shall be paid as agreed

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• The signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service are all governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• Both parties shall resolve disputes arising during contract performance through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court in the jurisdiction where Guangdong Foryou Purification M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. is located
• During the dispute resolution process, except for the disputed portion, both parties shall continue to perform other terms of the contract

Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service based on business development and changes in laws and regulations
• Significant changes will be communicated to clients in advance through official website announcements or other appropriate means
• Term changes will become effective within a reasonable period after publication
• Signed project contracts will continue to be executed according to the original contract terms unless otherwise agreed by both parties
• Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the modified terms
